Plots either side of our villa are undeveloped giving a great deal of privacy - one plot owned by the villa owners

The 50’ pool deck surrounding the 30’ solar heated pool is well equipped with a shower, gas barbecue, large table, four loungers and six chairs. There is external lighting and a fan

Our luxury fully air-conditioned three-bed/two bath home sleeps 6/8 persons; owners request no smoking and no pets

The entrance opens into a carpeted lounge with sliding doors to the pool deck and is comfortably furnished with the benefit of a 32" flat screen TV with HD programmes, DVD player and CD music system

Dining facilities with table, six chairs and two bar stools adjoin the lounge area and with additional sliding doors to the pool and French doors to pool deck

A den with double sleeper/sofa, computer desk and book case provides extra accommodation

The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, crockery and cutlery; utility area is separate and contains washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.  Cool box and clothes airer available.

The master bedroom with Queen bed and patio doors to the pool is fitted with a 27" TV and video and has an en suite bathroom with full bath and walk-in shower. Hair dryer available

The second bedroom, again with sliding doors to the pool, has a Queen bed and a 19" television and DVD player; bedroom three is equipped with twin beds and a further 19" TV

All bedrooms have large wardrobes and ceiling fans

A family bathroom is situated between bedrooms two and three, with bath and shower and further hair dryer

All linen, towels and pool towels are provided

Ceiling fans fitted throughout the villa

Integral garage with remote door opener, four adult bicycles and one child bicycle available for guest use as well as pool toys, beach chairs and umbrella
