Rates & Availability

The rate for our villa is from £575.00 per week depending on time of year and length of stay.

This rate includes all known taxes levied by the State of Florida and normal usage of electricity and water, cleaning on departure and gas for the barbecue.

High chairs and cots are available for rental, please indicate requirements on the availability request form.
