ROTONDA
WEST
Rotonda West is a quiet deed restricted residential area near
Englewood, midway between Sarasota to the north and Fort Myers
to the south. The area is designed as a three mile diameter
circle with 30 miles of fresh water canals.
The sandy beach at Englewood is a short drive away and is equipped
with play area, toilets, showers and parking.
Further beaches are nearby at the State Park of Stump Pass
and Blind Pass, both on Manasota Key.

home and ‘first come, first served’ tennis courts
and children’s play equipment.
The town of Englewood has a range of shops including Beall’s
and a 24/7 Wal-Mart, along with numerous restaurants to suit
all tastes.
Port Charlotte is less than a 20-minute drive and offers a
large shopping mall with Macy’s, Dillard’s, Beall’s,
Sears and J C Penney along with a 16-screen cinema and additional
restaurants.

team and training ground for the Tampa Bay Rays.
Fisherman’s Village in Punta Gorda has a collection of
small shops, bars, restaurants and fine views of the Peace River.
River excursions are available most days from King Fisher Fleet.

minutes’ drive away and gives a feel of ‘old world’
Florida.
