The owners request no smoking at the villa and no pets.
All bedrooms have large wardrobes and our property is fully
equipped with ceiling fans.
All linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
Integral garage with remote door opener, four adult bicycles
and one child bicycle available for guest use as well as pool
toys, beach chairs and umbrella. Pool alarm system fitted for
added security for families with small children.
The villa backs onto one of the fresh water canals where ‘catch
and release’ fishing is available. The canals in Rotonda
are home to alligators and turtles, whilst familiar sights around
the villa also include armadillos, racoons, any number of birds
and the occasional bobcat.
Managed by local British management company who will give every
assistance.
