RATES
& AVAILABILITY
The weekly rate for our villa is from £595.00/$1,070.00
per week, depending on the time of year and length of stay.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions a non-refundable deposit
of £150.00/$300.00 per week, or part week, is payable
at the time of booking. A security deposit of £200.00/$400.00
per booking is due with the balance of the rental. The security
deposit will be returned, in the currency in which it was paid,
within two weeks of the rental completion period subject to
a satisfactory report from our management company.
The weekly rate includes all known taxes levied by the State
of Florida and normal usage of electricity and water, cleaning
of the villa and gas for the barbecue.
High chairs, cots and other child and baby equipment can be
arranged on your behalf, please indicate requirement on the
availability request form.
